Literally nothing.

I grew up on a council estate in Middlesbrough. Left school with no qualifications. Had my daughter at 18. Worked on the market, ran a cleaning business, tried everything.

I fell into hair extensions by accident. My first fitting took me five hours and I cried in the bathroom afterwards. The training I'd paid for hadn't actually shown me what to do when something went wrong, and on a real client, something always does.

That's why I built The Hair Extension Coach. Not to be slick and corporate. Not to sell you a "transformation". Just to teach the way I wish I'd been taught. Properly, on real clients, with someone you can actually message when you're stuck.

Twelve years on, I run an award winning salon in Newcastle, I've trained 500+ stylists across the UK in the last year alone, and I work three days a week so I can be a mum properly.
